Hi @atulmadan , the email domain @rediffmail.com is considered a source of abuse by our system: https://github.com/jenkins-infra/account-app/blob/8d46e2559ae751f1f47931a7e3c908042f9d97a3/src/main/java/org/jenkinsci/account/Application.java#L642

Could you try with another email please?
