Allow merging table cells vertically using ^^ #192

Allow using ^^ in table cells to specify that they merge with the cell above.
There is an example here:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/markdown-it-multimd-table

Flexmark does not support this yet, I added an issue on the Flexmark issues list:
vsch/flexmark-java#596

Alternatively, there's the following span table plugin that offers similar functionality.

Perhaps some further consideration as to which method to support.
