ID attribute in links not generated with chunk="to-content"

Hi,

I'm trying to convert DITA docs to markdown. However, when I set chunk="to-content" on a parent topicref to produce a document with nested topics, the links pointing to the nested topics won't have id attribute at the end.

For example, the generated reference:

[Task 1](../Concept1/concept1.md#)
