这个功能解决了什么问题？

nut-table没有点击这一行的api和方法（没有操作按钮的前提下，因为移动端，本来屏幕就小，需要点击这一行的数据弹出操作按钮，这样的情况下就无法对这一行的数据进行点击后的操作）

你期望的组件设计是怎样的？

增加一个点击行的api事件和方法
