typecheck-args is used only in few places, but both functions should have the same API.
Here is example usage:
(typecheck "some" fn "function") (typecheck-args (vector "pair" "nil") "some" lists)
typecheck-args is used with curry:
(define numbers? (curry typecheck-args "number"))
That's why the first argument is type, so you can provide label and argument when calling numbers?
