Request: add version (author, link, license?) information inside .js files

Just for easier upgrading (by hand, without npm usage).

This information is in package.json -- that's what it's for -- and reproducing it in the JS files would significantly complicate the build process. If you keep the package.json from the download, then you'll be able to see what version you're using.
