Publish spring-boot-admin-server-ui-javamelody for people using Spring Boot Admin v1.

Since the PR for Spring Boot Admin v1 can't be merged in Spring Boot Admin 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT, the module spring-boot-admin-server-ui-javamelody is now published in github and in maven central, for people using Spring Boot Admin v1.x.
I think that this is a great option for SBA users.

Compared to the PR, the main changes are groupId, module version, javamelody version and possibility to configure javamelody in application.properties/yml of the SBA server.
As said in the PR comment, I don't know what files in the PR (and now in the spring-boot-admin-server-ui-javamelody) are not good anymore for SBA 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT and how those files should be changed.
