Jamulus 3.9.0beta2 release

After a little delay, it's time for beta 2 of Jamulus 3.9.0, Jamulus 3.9.0beta2. There's a known bug with this version we aim to fix before the release (one of the reasons this isn't yet a release candidate). We've also not yet finalised the translations...

As of now, we really could do with help with translations. Please, if you have time and are comfortable in both English and another language (ideally natively), take a look at the translations we need help with and, if you'd like to get involved, leave a comment on the issue. There's only a few days before the planned end of the translation phase, so we're getting close to having to decide whether to release with some of the translations incomplete or delay.

As with beta1, please download the installer for your platform from the release note and start using it for your normal usage of Jamulus - but keep a back up of your 3.8.2 install for now.

If you find any problems, please raise a bug report making it clear that you're using the 3.9.0beta2 release.

For people who have to build from source, please note the dependencies have changed.

If you run Jamulus on Ubuntu (but not the jamulus-headless server version), you'll need universe enabled in your repos prior to installing.
