On this page it is said that the app NFC TagInfo by Michael Roland can used to read card data. However, I was unable to download this app from Google Play and the apk I got from an APK mirror has an ancient Android SDK version (10) that my phone does not support anymore. The last that my phone does support is SDK version 23.

Either someone needs to update the app or an alternative app should be linked.
