Hi Team im submitting this ticket in advance so you nknow that work is on it way . We will be closing CFP on September 15 (if it doesn't get extended for whichever reason) and we are looking to have the talks selected from the 15-10 of sepetember. So I will be sharing the list of speakers with their BIO & Pics so they get uploaded and then I agenda should be finalized by 15 october and up on the website https://jakartaone.org/2024/. I will create the document that collects all this information and share it on here as well.

Hey @oliviergoulet5 just giving you the heads up that we should be receive some information about the talks selected and speakers. We won't have all the details at once but as they come in I will need them added to the website. the goal here is to have everything up and running in terms of the speakers (pic, bio...) by October 14 and the agenda we will list the talk titles and speakers but not add any of the times until it is all confirment. This is just a little heads up for what is to come in the next week or so. Thanks in advance for your support.

Hey Olivier,

Here's the agenda for the JakartaOne Livestream. We are still needing to add the pics of each one of our speakers and the timeslot as that is not settled yet. In the interim I would at least like to get this information in there (tab one) website info about the talks and speakers as well as the agenda without the times. Once we get those, I will update this document and ping you. Thank you so much in advance for your help getting this up and running shortly.

I made the change. I'll push live now.

I am currently working on adding the speaker section, but due to the short notice, it won't be ready by noon. I hope that is okay.

Hi @SESALIBI, here is a preview: https://deploy-preview-563--jakartaee-jakartaone.netlify.app/2024/

I had to shorten Michael's title since it was very long. I included the complete list of titles he provided in his bio.

He will want to re-prioritize the titles and select which should appear in the speaker section. I would limit it to 56 characters.
