Enhancement Summary

Add ability to add a workspace with a git uri. Repos can be cloned on sync (configurable?) and stored in the cache dir. After cloned (and pulled to latest of some branch?) the flow workspace can be initialized.

Additional context

Consider go.mod style filesystem for remote workspaces.
