System Tray + Run on startup.

I think it would be great to add a feature that includes the ability to be able to minimize the program to system tray. This just helps people like me who run the bot for many hours every day to not have to have it in the way.

I have also manually added a shortcut of the .jar file to my startup folder but having an option to 'Run on startup' for first time users of the program would be great too.
