Monthly carry-over and new work day

Situation

I encountered a problem with carried-over time when a new month started. Although I put the computer on standby and that usually works on regular days, at the end of this month WR registered the ending time as 23:59:59 instead of the time before I put the machine in standby. This resulted in too many over hours on the last day of the month which were then also carried over into the next month.

Expected Behavior

• End time calculation for last day in month works like for any other day in that month

Actual Behavior

• End time was set to 23:59:59
