Preconditions:
The "Стріткоди" page is open

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select one of the streetcodes and click on it ("Роман Рáтушний «Сенека»").
2. Click on any tag and pay attention to the query result.
3. Close the window by clicking the cross in the upper right corner.
4. Click on any other tag and pay attention to the query result.

Actual result:
In streetcode tag modal window the streetcode cards don’t match the selected tag and
regardless of choice, the first tag is displayed as selected

Expected result:
The streetode cards in the modal window are displayed according to the selected tag. The button with the selected tag is highlighted in the upper panel of the modal window
