1. The admin side is open.
2. Logged in as an admin.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the existing StreetCode page to edit, or click the 'Новий стріткод' button in the upper right corner.
2. Scroll down to the 'Aвторство' field.
3. Try to add some text to the 'Авторство' field.

Expected result
The 'Авторство' field is disabled if no title is added.
