[StreetCode/Для фанатів] The text in a new open card isn't immediately pulled up

Preconditions
At least one StreetCode, comprising two 'For Fans' cards with additional text to enable scrolling, has been created.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'StreetCode '.
2. Scroll down to the 'Для фанатів' block.
3. Click on the 1 card.
4. Scroll down the text.
5. Click on the other card.

Actual result

1. Initially, the text from the previous card appears, and then it becomes valid.
2. The scrollbar is at the bottom of the new open card.

Expected result

1. In each card, the text that is relevant for it appears.
2. The scrollbar is at the top of the new open card.
