Reason for Change:
Currently, specific characters like " ' ", " - ", and space characters are not allowed in the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields. This change is needed to allow these characters for better flexibility in name entries.

Proposed Update:
Allow users to enter first and last names containing special characters, such as the apostrophe (" ' "), hyphen (" - "), and space characters.
