Epic: Update dependencies

Descriptio

We need to update the project's Node.js version to 20.15.1, which includes important security patches and performance improvements. In addition, we should update project dependencies to their latest compatible versions to ensure ongoing stability, security, and compatibility with the new Node version.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The Node.js version has been updated to 20.15.1.
2. Dependencies are updated and tested successfully.
3. No new errors or issues related to the updates are present in the application.
