Task description

As a user, I want to be able to enter the hours of the workshop using the keyboard to save time and ensure accuracy.

To do

1. • The system should allow you to enter the opening hours of the workshop in a text field using the keyboard.
2. • The interface should support automatic validation of the entered time.
3. • The system should report errors if the entered time is in the wrong format.
4. • The user cannot enter a time in the “До” field earlier than the time entered in the “Від” field
