Preconditions

1. Go to https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/;
2. Log in as a service provider;
3. The service provider must have at least 2 applications, 1 of which is not accepted and has two buttons.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Applications page;
2. Compare workshop information between an unblocked and a blocked user;
3. Note the result.

Actual result
The workshop information is shifted for the application which contains two buttons.

Expected result
The text is centered on the Application page.
