[Edit achievement] 'Попередньо вибрані тренера/викладачі' dropdown list is undefined after editing achievement 2 times

Preconditions

1. The site https://oos.dmytrominochkin.cloud/#/ is opened
2. User is registered as SP
3. SP has workshop with achievements

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'Кабінет надавача послуг'
2. Click on 'Мої гуртки'
3. Click on 'More Details' icon
4. Click on 'Досягнення'
5. Click on 'Edit achievement' icon
6. Change previously selected teachers/coaches from selected to another
7. Click 'Зберегти' button
8. Repeat steps 5-7 (once/twice)

Actual result
Previously selected teachers/coaches are undefined

Expected result
Previously selected teachers/coaches shouls be visiable as well as other changes
