Preconditions

1. The user is logged in https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs.
2. UBS Courier page (https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs/order) is opened.
3. Minimum order (2 packages of 120 l) is selected on the "Order details" page.
4. The "Personal data" page is opened.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the "Personal data" tab.
2. Click on the button "Add address".

Actual result
The field "Region" is active and clickable.

Expected result
The field "Region" is disabled and unclickable.
