Use Case: Banner/Logo update with previously approved content
Given Banner and/or Logo is updated
AND Banner and/or Logo were approved once before (hash of name and image must be the same)
When profile changes are saved
Then approval request must NOT be sent to the Moderator
AND Profile Status must be 'Approved'
AND Banner/Logo must become visible for all user
