Need to start building a sample for October 2020 Data Science Challenge

Compile outreach list of professors/groups at Purdue
Prepare social media outreach (Purdue partners, social media mass channels, etc
Planning of correspondence timeline
Use bitly for traceable links for social media and email (for channel attribution)
