Multiple issues about chat

1. You press Enter to open the chat, but you can't type in the chat yet, you have to click the typing box for it to work. This is a great inconvenience and annoyance for people who are parkouring.
2. The chat doesn't close even you press Enter after it opens. In other words, the toggle function has only the "on" part. You have to send a message to close the box.
