After (presumably failed) transfer through the globus connector, data objects are being stuck in intermediate mode.

We believe that this isn't possible with the changes made for 4.3.1. This issue is both for continual investigation of that issue and to report specific scenarios which are causing that issue.

We will keep this open until we either find a specific root cause or determine that it is no longer an issue in 4.3.1.
