I'm trying to build couchdb 1.3.0 on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS. I'm using the command ...

rake git="git://git.apache.org/couchdb.git 1.3.0" install=/root/build-couchdb/build/

Rake is erroring out with the log output below. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
