Please make an iOS version. I do not care if it's prebuilt or not.

Well, the game is open source, and telling by the fact you don't care whether or not it's prebuilt, I assume you have access to a Mac (or MacBook), so if you really wanted to, you could learn how to create mobile controls in Unity, and make it yourself. Alternatively, you could build the game for iOS, connect a Bluetooth controller to your phone, and play that way. The reason I assume you have a Mac, is because as far as I know, there is no way to build iOS apps and games on Windows and Linux, other than a virtual machine, and thus, you would probably care rather or not it is pre-built.

@ikyih Found a fork. https://github.com/Wark19/NSMB-Mario-Vs-Luigi-Mobile I will try it myself. There is no iOS build, so you'll have to download Unity if you don't already have it. Opening the project in the Unity Hub without the proper version will prompt you to download it.

All forks and sources doesn't use vanilla servers to prevent people from playing in editor, spawn items or just do other malicious stuff to the game, if you want to make an ios port by yourself, make the port first and then contact the owner (ipodtouch0218) to request access for the vanilla servers.
