There are some awesome experimental mirrors built on IPFS throughout the ecosystem, and others in the works! It'd be awesome to bring maintainers or developers to this repo to document their mirrors, get feedback/suggestions/help, and share with the community.

A straw-man proposal: We could create an "issue type" for documenting package management tools build on IPFS with some default questions and track them as issues in this repo with some specific tags.

Alternate: Not perfect since these aren't really issues. Another option is to encourage folks to add an "experiments" section to whatever package manager they're experimenting on. That's harder from a discussion/communication perspective, but better for longer lived documentation.

Related to OKR Example use cases relevant to package managers

So far I've been using the experiment label to track what i've been trying out, for existing work I've been adding a section called "Existing IPFS support" which acts as an index of links about adding IPFS support to that package manager, for example in Pacman: https://github.com/ipfs/package-managers/blob/master/package-managers/pacman.md#existing-ipfs-support
