UX improvements to the homepage & naming conventions

Description

I'd like to suggest the following changes, highlighted with red arrows:

• Remove the incoming/outgoing stats, they're very confusing. Also suggested in issue General UX Ideas / Food for thought #353
• For now, you could just move the Receive and Send buttons up there to fill the empty space that's left from removing the incoming/outgoing stats. Later when we have more features, there'll be more opportunities to fill empty space in general.
• Start referring to what is currently called Accounts as Wallets instead. I believe this will be better for the average user. I think it adds extra clarity, because "account" sounds too similar to "profile".
• Start referring to what is currently called Profiles as Accounts. I believe this will be better for the average user, although keeping "profile" would be fine as well. (I prefer "account" though).
• Remove all mentions of Stronghold. It adds no value to the average user, and it only confuses them and raises questions ("what is Stronghold?" etc).
• Rename Stronghold Status and Stronghold Backup to Account Status and Account Backup respectively.
• Change Locked and Unlocked under Account Status to Protected and Exposed respectively. I believe this will be less confusing to the average user. "Account Status Locked" sounds scary to non-DLT-savvy users and raises questions ("Why is my account locked? Did I get banned?") whereas "Account Status Protected" sounds reassuring and better communicates the situation.
• Change the name of the default wallet to Wallet 1 instead of Account 1.
