Problem getting parameter value by MQTT #2

Hi,
I am trying to get current parameter value using MQTT by subscribing to /[Module]/[ParameterName] (for example /4/Sensor.Parameter1, but I receive 0 initially, and never receive any value when I change the value directly from Module=>Parameter configuration.
Surprisingly when I changed the Demo Light Switch value using ON/OFF user interface, I receive the value.
Note: I am using MQTT Client on windows (Paho) for test.
