bug: inject, insert a single line

Hello, it seems that this happens again, if we insert two lines, it only inserts the first one.

I'd have to look more closely but something else you could try in the meantime is a merge:

target: manifest
merge: |
  <manifest>
    <uses-permission <!--...-->
    <uses-permission <!--..-->
  </manifest>

Hello, checked the merge works well, also it does not duplicate it if it already exists.
