If a device had 2 vibes, you used to be able to control the devices separately, but now you can only control them all-or-nothing

The plan is to move the new Intiface Desktop device panel UI over to also be the new playground UI. This is fixed there, so once that's done (sometime in the next week) this should get resolved.
