Twig/React: Re-build video player with vidstack

This looks like a good, lightweight and cross-platform solution: https://github.com/vidstack/player

Let's explore this as a solution for post v1.0.0. It will require an extra build step from TypeScript but would at least provide us with a cross-platform solution we can use for both packages.
