Add firesquid makefile to project

And update package.json and README with instructions for the build steps. Particularly the shortened variation where type generation makes use of the archiver endpoint instead of manual metadata exploration.

The yarn scripts in package.json should utilise make commands.

Check & update where necessary: github build docker actions docker_image.yaml and Dockerfile
