Install Via Docker-Compose #905

I am trying to install via docker-compose and i keep getting the error

subrion-subrion-1    | Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (HY000/1045): Access denied for user 'root'@'172.22.0.3' (using password: YES) in - on line 12
subrion-subrion-1    | 
subrion-subrion-1    | MySQL Connection Error: (1045) Access denied for user 'root'@'172.22.0.3' (using password: YES)
subrion-subrion-1 exited with code 1

How to i fix this because i do not have the a root account at 172.22.0.3. Not sure why it is going to this address.
Any help would be great.
