Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I currently can't stream partial results from the Anthropic API. I know this is a known issue but wanted to bump it up in priority as it's called out in the docs but I don't see an associated issue for it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the identical api currently described for the OpenAI patched client for the Anthropic client.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Rolling my own partial parsing.
