Indent child datasets in summary table #1407

I think summary table can be improved a little by indenting child datasets.

I would also indent the numbers in Obs and Subjects columns to the right, as typically you can spot that in Excel.

I though we already had this indentation at some point, looks like it must have changed during some overhaul/refactor
