Hi,
Since it is often necessary to project the results in line-of-sight to the vertical direction in actual situations, I added several lines to output the results of the vertical direction to the original code file (save_qgis.py) . The cosine of the incidence angle was calculated according to the 'incidenceAngle' information in geometry file (such as geometryRadar.h5) at each point, instead of using the mean value.
You can simply copy the code below and save it as a .py file.
To prevent collisions, you should change the file name (e.g. 'save_qgism.py') if putting it in the mintpy folder.
