API호출 중 POST 및 GET항목 중 실시간 상호작용이 필요한 작업을 제외한
GET항목을 모두 DB로 이동하는 작업입니다.

Docker, Postgres db 연동를 통해 진행 할 것이니 참고바랍니다.
