Describe the bug

In iOS 13.3, the Resource Topic tiles have no vertical gap between them in the narrow layout ("gap" property isn't supported, "row-gap" doesn't seem to work)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Resources page
  2. Scroll down until Topics tiles are visible
  3. See error

Expected behavior

Topic tiles should have a gap between them, as specified in the Figma design.
