How to set mailbox and label when tapping on Notifier Icon with no notifications #649

When all emails have been read, so there are no notifications, when I click on the notifier icon it goes to https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox.

How can I change this so it goes /u/1 instead?
How can I change this so it goes to a specific label instead of Can't interact with emails from preview window (Inbox?) #366

If this isn't currently possible can a setting be created to allow this?

This isn't the same as issue #366
