Not working language change Win 10/11 #946

Remotely installed by Docker Compose, Version: 2024.08.07.0819.
In this revision I have trouble with changing language in remote system. If I use standard hotkeys alt + shift in host system language will change. In remote system it will be change too, but I can't type text in text fields or forms.
