增加链接更新功能 #181

一个常见的需求，比如下载安娜馆的书籍，他会限制速度，且隔一段时间让下载链接失效，如果在限速前没下载下来，就下不下来了。

这一点断点续传帮不了忙，新的链接会被视为新的文件。

希望能增加更新链接的功能，手动更新链接后继续下载。

目前只能手动改 download.session 中的链接，非常麻烦，最好是直接在下载器里提供一个更改接口。

IDM 有类似功能，之前有人在 Motrix 提出过类似需求，但没有实现：agalwood#266
