Dynamic pull with Ffmpeg custom command?

Hi

Im trying to make an on demand RTMP stream that will start FFMPEG with
my own arguments to generate a stream. I saw the Dynamic Pull but maybe it
only copies streams from what I can see. Any ways to make ffmpeg a stream generator
that only starts when the user pulls the stream?
