rtmp library metadata support for AV1 encoded livestreaming #619

Reading av1 metadata is required for some Free Software to support livestreaming, e.g. Peertube.

Could the RTMP library be updated to offer support for this?

+1, hopefully this gets add done at some point... As its almost been a year, and Av1 is becoming more and more of a popular codec.
