We need a few entity_browsers:

The media field on Media node that allows uploading image, linking video, choosing existing media
The media upload icon on wysiwyg fields that includes all the above and results in entity_embed
A much reduced entity_browser for just uploading image, linking video (no linking to existing content) for new folks like guild apps

Full browser is created and is now associated with Primary Media field.
