				<h3>We Are ILITE Robotics.</h3>
        		<p>FIRST Team 1885, "ILITE Robotics", is a FIRST Robotics Team based in Haymarket, Virginia. It consists of students from high schools across Prince William County, Virginia. ILITE stands for Inspiring Leaders in Technology and Engineering.</p>
    	    	<p>ILITE is best know for FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team 1885 and their numerous FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) teams. However, they work with the main goal of preparing students for college in STEM related fields.</p>

				<p>The US STEM Foundation is a local non-profit organization with the goal creating community based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, &amp; Mathematics) education. 				<p>ILITE Robotics Off-season Challenge (IROC) is an unoffical FRC competition hosted at Battlefield High School. FRC teams from around the area have the oppprtunity to come compete, learn, and have fun during the off-season. This event is open to the community, so please stop by and check out the robots.</p>

				<p>FIRST was founded in 1989 by Dean Kamen to inspire young people's interest and participation in science and technology. Based in Manchester, NH, the 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit public charity designs accessible, innovative programs that motivate young people to pursue education and career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math, while building self-confidence, knowledge, and life skills.</p>
