The guide to file formats at https://ifcomp.org/about/file_formats says, in the Glulx and Z-code section,

Download an appropriate interpreter for your operating system

which links to IFWiki's "Interpreter" page. That IFWiki page has changed significantly since last year, so you may want to look at it again and see if it's still what you want. Instead of linking to that page, you may want to consider linking to some of IFWiki's new (as of 2022) recommended lists of interpreters, for example:

ADRIFT interpreters
Alan interpreters
Glulx interpreters
Hugo interpreters
TADS interpreters
Z-code interpreters

IFWiki also has lists of recommended interpreters by operating system:

Browser interpreters
Android interpreters
Linux interpreters
macOS interpreters
iOS interpreters
Windows interpreters

Or you could link to this page, which links to all of these recommended lists: https://www.ifwiki.org/Category:Lists_of_interpreters

These recommended lists are automatically updated as people update IFWiki. Only interpreters that have been marked “stable” (basically, “in working order”) appear on the lists.
