[Feature]: Add a Freemim System

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Why?

Amina is a hobby project and is free to use, and I intend to keep it that way for as long as possible. However, as the bot grows, so do the associated costs. Currently, Amina is hosted on Heroku at $7 per month, but this might need scaling as it grows. If possible, I would like to keep Amina running on donations, although there are currently none. Therefore, I am considering implementing a freemium system.

I am not asking for money directly, but encouraging users to spread the word about the bot. While growth can lead to increased costs, having a larger user base is valuable. If even 1 out of 69 users is kind enough to donate, it would help keep the bot free for everyone.
